Stop pitching.
Start closing.
The Close Lab is an eight-week intensive for reps who are tired of "great call, they went dark." You'll run the exact discovery, framing and close sequence that took Marcus Reyes's own team from $2M to $40M ARR — then drill it live, on your own pipeline, until it's yours.
Joined by 486 reps from Vantage Cloud, Northpeak, Ledgerline and 60+ other sales teams.
Why most reps plateau
Training that doesn't survive contact with a real buyer
Most sales training hands you a script for a call that never happens the way the slide said it would.
“Let me loop in my team” is where most reps stop selling — and where the best reps are just getting started.
You get better at the calls someone actually listens to. Almost nobody's manager has time for that.
The curriculum
Eight weeks, one step at a time
Every module ends with a live call review — on a real deal from your own pipeline.
Ask the three questions that surface real budget and real urgency — before you ever open a deck.
Position against the status quo, not the competitor. Most deals are lost to “do nothing.”
Turn “we need to think about it” into a next step, live, using the reframe drill you'll run in every call after.
Sell to the whole committee. Your champion cannot close the deal for you, and relying on them is how deals stall.
Read buying signals correctly and ask for the business at the moment it actually lands.
Protect margin against a procurement team without losing momentum or the relationship.
Build a forecast your VP can trust, and stop finding out a deal is dead the week it was due to close.
Codify what worked into a repeatable system — so your number stops depending on your best week.
Your instructor
Marcus Reyes
Former VP of Sales, Lattice Cloud — now full-time on The Close Lab
Marcus built and ran the sales org at Lattice Cloud from four reps and $2M ARR to a 62-person team closing $40M a year, then spent two years advising Series B sales teams on the same close sequence he now teaches here. He has personally reviewed over 4,000 sales calls, and this course is what he wishes someone had handed him in year one.
Results
What the last cohort closed
“Week 6 I closed the largest deal of my career — $180K, six months stuck in procurement. The multi-threading module alone paid for the course twenty times over.”
“I went from SDR to AE eleven weeks after finishing. The close sequence framework is the only sales training that ever changed how a call actually felt.”
“My team's win rate against incumbent vendors moved from 18% to 41% in one quarter. I now run this as onboarding for every new hire.”

Questions
Before you apply
Who is this actually for?
Account executives and senior SDRs carrying a real quota — SaaS, services, or complex B2B. If you have never run a sales call, start there first; this course assumes you have.
How much time does it take each week?
One 90-minute live session plus 2–3 hours of drills and call reviews. Cohort members who put in the reps see the biggest jump in close rate — the material alone is not the point.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and posted within an hour, and you keep access to all eight indefinitely. Most members catch one or two on replay.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Finish all eight weeks, do the assigned call reviews, and if you don't close a deal you can trace back to this course within 90 days of finishing, we refund the full seat.
Do I need my manager's approval or a company budget?
Most members expense it — we send an invoice-ready receipt on enrollment. Plenty of others pay their own way and it's the best money they've spent on their own career.
When does the next cohort start?
Cohorts run every six weeks and cap at 40 seats so the call-review groups stay small. The next one is below.
Your pipeline doesn't need more leads.
It needs more closes.
Forty seats. Eight weeks. One playbook you'll run for the rest of your career.
